Self-care isn’t a one-time occurrence. It’s a continuous process that helps with stress management, increases productivity, and makes you feel happy.
Generally we, girls especially have a common view about ''Self-care''. Talking about this, the thing that will come on our mind first may be tons of skincare; moisturizer, cream, scrub, sunscreen etc and how these kinds of products help to get our skin goals(?) 




Self-care is not just by having a good appearance, good scents, and even flawless skin๐Ÿ’…




Self-care is often a very unbeautiful thing. So here I'm trying to highlight how does self-care can affect one mentally and emotionally!


Understanding who you are and loving yourself first can make avoiding the bad messages so much easier. Kill it this week and love yourself even more while doing it!

It is making a spreadsheet of your debt and enforcing a morning routine and cooking yourself healthy meals and no longer just running from your problems and calling the distraction a 
It is becoming the person you know you want and are meant to be. Someone who knows that salt baths and chocolate cake are ways to enjoy life – not escape from it.
