Dani Dol Designs blog by lovely blogger, Danielle unintentionally inspiring others to unleash or expand their own creativity.

On this page, she listed a bunch of self-care activities that one could refer when they stressed or need someone or something to pick them up. The most attractive thing in this blog is the blogger provide and make a self-care bullet journal creatively. The journal listed certain activities that might suits in anyone to overcome their hard feelings. Tracking Self-Care in Bullet Journal helps one to track self-care-to-do monthly. I think this is a great idea as a gentle reminder when one tends to neglect their self-care activities. For more bullet journal inspirations and beautiful spreads, you can check it out here

The third website that helps me to open up my eye for a while,
Ditch the Label. One of the largest anti-bullying charities in the world which provide crucial support to thousands of people aged 12-25 through their website.

How it helps? This website gives unlike of self-care perspectives.
The author pointed out from another blog that he read before, saying that ‘self-care’ for a whole day and jump out to the conclusion,
self-care is a bit self-indulgent but ultimately, it is 100% OK to be selfish.
We don’t need to feel guilty about taking time out to take care of ourselves.

Instead, the author viewed from her past experience that self-care brought to

“Recovery is essentially learning how to take care of myself and my mental health.”

   and

“It’s not all hot baths and lie-ins!”

Depends on one capability, that's how self-care be defined. Even the simple chores as an example, give impact to one themselves. A good-health person and used to do that thing as daily routine will see that as the simplest thing. Meanwhile, when we look at the side of people with special needs and flawed, it will be one of the hardest things that they have to struggle with; they were each a small mountain to climb.

All are different. I give an analogy of "thick of fat" in our body. It has different layers. Similar to different layers to self-care and it all depends on where you are at and what you need.

To conclude, "self-care is more on the spectrum of doing things for enjoyment and relaxation, but to get to that level we had to start by the smallest things".
